1. General Provisions
These General Bonus Terms and Conditions govern every Billybets promotion. By participating in any Billybets promotion you agree to these Terms and to the Site's General Terms and Conditions. If a Promotional Specific Terms document exists for a promotion, that document shall prevail to the extent of any conflict or inconsistency.
2. Eligibility
- You must be of legal age where Billybets operates and reside in a jurisdiction where promotions are permitted.
- Accounts must be active, verified, and in good standing. Self-exclusion or placement on any restricted list prevents participation in promotions.
- Promotions are limited to one account per person, household, device, email address, telephone number and payment method. Shared devices or accounts may result in disqualification or confiscation of bonuses and winnings.
- Promotions may be restricted by country. If you fall within a restricted territory, you are not eligible to participate.
3. Activation, Opt-In and Promotion Mechanics
Promotions may require opt-in or may be automatically applied. In all cases you must follow the activation and claiming process described in the Promotional Specific Terms. If a promotion requires a deposit, bonuses may only be granted after you make a qualifying deposit and after obtaining the bonus in the correct manner. If you engage with a deposit before opt-in or claiming, the promotion may be deemed invalid or the bonus may be revoked.
4. Bonus Funds and Free Spins
Definitions
- Bonus Funds are funds credited to the Bonus Wallet and may be used to place wagers in eligible games in accordance with the Wagering Requirements. They may be converted to Cash Balance only after satisfying all applicable terms.
- Free Spins are a bonus entitlement allowing spins on designated games without staking requirements. Winnings from Free Spins are subject to the same Wagering Requirements as Bonus Funds unless stated otherwise in the Promotional Specific Terms.
Promotional Limits
- The maximum bonus amount granted per promotion is 2,500 EUR or equivalent in other currencies. The maximum aggregate winnings attributable to bonus funds from a single promotion is 10,000 EUR or equivalent.
- Free Spins may be restricted to certain games and may be redeemable only within a specified set of Bonus games.
Expiry and Forfeiture
- Bonuses and any winnings derived from them must be wagered within the promotion-specific validity period. If the wagering requirements are not met within the period, the bonus funds and related winnings shall be forfeited.
- Promotion-specific terms may specify different expiry periods; in the absence of such terms, the standard period is 3 days from activation.
5. Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements apply to the promotion as stated in the Promotional Specific Terms. Unless otherwise specified, the following applies:
- Casino promotions generally require 25 times the sum of the qualifying deposit and the bonus for wagering. Sportsbook promotions generally require 16 times the bonus amount. No deposit bonuses have their own stated wagering requirements.
- Wagering requirements apply to winnings derived from bonus funds, Free Spins winnings, and any bonus-related winnings until the requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.
- Wagering is calculated on a per-promotion basis; funds may transfer between Bonus and Cash balances only in accordance with these Terms and the promotion terms.
6. Wagering Order and Gameplay Rules
- During an active bonus, bets are typically drawn from real money first. Any winnings generated from the bonus fund are added to the real money balance, while remaining on the bonus balance unless the wagering is completed.
- If the real money balance falls below the minimum stake for a bet, the system may place the bet using a combination of real money and bonus funds; any portion placed with bonus funds may count toward wagering only to the extent permitted by the Promotion Terms.
- Only one bonus type can be active for a Casino promotion at a time. For sportsbook, only one bonus can be active at a time. Upon completion of the active bonus, wagering may move to the next eligible bonus if activated.
- Maximum stake while a bonus is active is limited to the amount specified in the Promotion Terms or, if not specified, a standard cap of 5 EUR/5 USD/5 of the equivalent in other currencies per bet until wagering requirements are met.
7. Contributions by Game Type; Excluded Games
Contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type and are defined in the Promotional Specific Terms. As a general guide:
- Slots: 100% contribution
- Table games and live casino: typically 5% (or as stated)
- Some games are excluded from wagering or have reduced contributions; attempting to play excluded games during an active bonus will not count toward wagering.
The list of games excluded from wagering and any changes will be published in the Promotional Specific Terms. If an excluded game is played while a bonus is active, those bets will not contribute to wagering requirements and may trigger forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings in accordance with these Terms.
8. Time Limits, Expiry and Forfeiture
Promotional validity periods are defined in the Promotional Specific Terms. Absent explicit terms, a promotion will have a 3-day validity window from activation. If wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings obtained from the bonus will be void. Some terms may provide longer or shorter periods; always review the specific terms for the applicable promotion.
9. Withdrawals
You may withdraw your original cash deposits at any time, subject to verification and regulatory obligations. If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirements associated with a promotion, you will forfeit the bonus funds and any winnings attributed to them. Upon satisfying wagering requirements, the converted cash balance will be eligible for withdrawal under Billybets standard withdrawal terms.
10. Bonus Abuse and Sanctions
- Engaging in bonus abuse or prohibited activity, including multi-accounting, collusion, use of automation, masking IP addresses, or exploiting system vulnerabilities, may result in disqualification, loss of bonuses, confiscation of winnings, and account closure.
- Billybets reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim bonuses and winnings and to suspend or terminate accounts where abuse is detected or suspected.
11. Changes, Cancellations and Termination of Promotions
Billybets may modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotions already issued and in progress will be honoured where practically possible; in other cases the decision of Billybets shall be final.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Billybets is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws where applicable.
